Return Policy
All
merchandise must be authorized prior to return. You can call one of our
Vendors that we used to ship out your product (that is on your packing
slip) for a return authorization number. No return will be accepted
without a Return Authorization number, except for warranties.
If the
wrong part was ordered:
(Since it
is totally in your hand what you order, you will be responsible for your
actions)

A 20% restocking charge
plus shipping charges will apply.

The merchandise being
returned must be returned within 2 weeks of original shipping date.

The Merchandise being
returned must be unused and received in new condition. If
merchandise appears to have been used or received in poor or damaged
condition, a refurbishing charge will be applied before credit is
given.
If the wrong part was shipped (our
mistake):

The correct merchandise
will be shipped at once.

Full credit will be
issued upon return of incorrect merchandise.
