Where Do I return the product if I don’t like it for some reason?

Every one of our shipment will go out from one of our vendor as a direct shipment to save you money. You can contact our vendors at any time for a return you can find the information on our packing slip. Every box goes out with a packing slip attached to your order save it for future reference.

What is NTEP?

National Type of Evaluation Program, parts and scales with these numbers are legal for trade. Example: if a scale has NTEP number you can sell products that weighed on that scale.

What is an IP rating?

Degrees of protection are indicated by the letters IP followed by two or three digits. The first two numbers refer to an international system of indicating the degree of protection against entry of dust and liquids into enclosures. This system does not relate to protection against rust or corrosion. Example: IP00 = no protection, IP67= totally protected against dust. Protected against strong jets of water, e.g. for use in harsh washdown environments.

When do I get the shipment or my shipping charges?

Soon as we pack your merchandise we will send you an E-mail with your shipping charges and your UPS tracking number! To save money we only E-mail your invoice and tracking number so please print it for future reference.

If I buy a scale any special requirement to use it?

Yes, please warm up the scale for about 20-30 minutes. Plug in the scale and turn it on let it stay on for 20-30 minutes before you use it. Also warm up time is listed in the scales manual instruction guide.

If I buy a scale do I need to calibrated?

No, all the scales comes pre-calibrated out of the factory.

If I buy a scale does it require assembly?

Some of the scales, Yes you might need a screw driver to assemble the merchandise. But all the scales include a technical or assembly manual instruction guide.
